Massage at Urban Haven is priced by provider level. A therapist in their first year with us sits at the bottom of the range. A therapist with fifteen years of practice and certifications in Ashiatsu, Thai bodywork and lymphatic drainage sits at the top. Same room, same table, same hour. If you are coming in for something specific, a shoulder that will not release or low back pain that has been running for weeks, book 90 minutes. It gives the therapist room to actually work the area instead of spending half the session getting to it.

Prenatal, oncology and lymphatic drainage
Prenatal massage runs $70 to $300 across all lengths. Our prenatal therapists are trained for second and third trimester positioning, which is the part most places get wrong.
Oncology massage is flat priced at $120 for an hour and $75 for thirty minutes. It is deliberately kept off the provider tier system. Anyone going through treatment should not be choosing a therapist on price.
Lymphatic drainage runs $80 to $320 depending on length and provider. It is the service people most often book post surgery.
Sauna and cold plunge pricing
The contrast therapy suite is booked separately from massage and priced by the clock.

Plenty of guests add a 30 minute sauna and plunge session at $30 onto a 60 minute massage and treat it as one visit.
Bringing the cost down
Two things move the number in your favour. The first is booking a newer therapist. The bottom of every range is a real appointment with a licensed massage therapist, not a trainee slot, and the work is good. The second is the Urban Wellness Membership at $20 a month, which covers massage, the sauna and cold plunge suite, yoga and pilates classes at both studios, and esthetician services, plus priority booking. Length is where most people over-spend without meaning to. Booking 120 minutes when 60 would have done costs you roughly double for work you stop absorbing after the first hour. Booking 60 when the problem needed 90 costs you a second appointment.
Does pricing differ between Ohio City and Cleveland Heights?
Barely. Both studios carry the same menu of 97 services at the same lengths. Fourteen line items differ between them and in nearly every case the gap is five dollars, driven by which therapists happen to be assigned to which studio. Couples massage, facials, reflexology and the sauna suite are identical at both.
